Dental Hygiene Clinic

Officials from the Health Ministry Dental Department visited Little Miracles Montessori Academy on 2^nd July 2024 to conduct screening and a dental health awareness program. Early exposure to dental care helps build healthy habits, reduces fear of the dentist, and encourages lifelong oral health. The clinic was an engaging and educational experience that taught the children the importance of oral hygiene in a fun and age-appropriate way. The Health Official gave a brief introduction to dental hygiene, showing the children the equipment and tools in a non-threatening, playful manner.

They also engaged in interactive demonstrations on toothbrushing techniques, large models of teeth and oversized toothbrushes, allowing the children to practice. Children discussed healthy eating tips and about foods that are good for healthy teeth and which food to avoid to protect their teeth.
